The floating flag glitch...?

As you can see, the flag is floating. What is the cause of this? Look closely. It's the Hyena, Little Cutehyena! For some odd reason, her flag can fly! How can I tell it was her..? Easy. She sat facing the other way, and it was on her back. Some odd glitch, huh?!
